Our Services

Inclusion Training & Workshops
From disability awareness to inclusive communication, our bespoke training programs meet your organization where it is. We offer a sliding scale for small businesses and public sector organizations, because we believe access to inclusion education shouldn't have a barrier of its own. After meeting with you to understand the nature of the training needed we will create a package for you that caters specifically to your needs.
Document Remediation
We transform your existing documents into fully accessible files that meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards — ensuring your PDFs, Word documents, presentations, and more are readable by everyone, including those using assistive technologies. Whether it is big or small (or even urgent!) we can get your document remediated and back to you in a timely and accessible way.

Accessible Document Training
Empower your team to create accessible content from the ground up. Our hands-on training covers best practices for building documents that work for all users, reducing the need for remediation down the road. Friom accessible PowerPoint presentations, to alt-text to accessible PDF work, we can provide you with hands on - applied training for your organization. Do you have a template or document you'd like us to work with? We can train to specific requirements of your organization and we can make sure you have tools and templates to carry that work forward.
Policy Development

Workplace Preparation or Remediation
Workplaces should work for everyone and we help to make that happen. Our Workplace Remediation service helps nonprofits and community organizations build environments where every person can show up, contribute, and thrive. From developing comprehensive accessibility strategies to redesigning physical and public spaces, we go beyond compliance to create workplaces that are genuinely inclusive by design.
Ineffective policy is a barrier — and we know exactly how to tear it down. With deep, hands-on experience in accessible policy revision and development, we help nonprofits and community organizations build frameworks that don't just meet standards — they set them. Whether you're auditing outdated policies, filling critical gaps, or building accessibility into your governance from the ground up, we bring the expertise to get it right and the drive to make it stick.

Compliance Support
Compliance isn't optional — and navigating it shouldn't be overwhelming. We provide expert AODA compliance support that cuts through the complexity, offering thorough audits, in-depth reviews, and clear, actionable plans tailored to your organization's needs. And because great compliance starts with great information, our research services are designed to be fully accessible so that every member of your team can engage with the findings, not just a select few. We don't just help you meet the standard; we help you understand it, own it, and build on it.
Our Philosophy
People first. Always.
Every policy, every workplace, every public space begins and ends with people — and that is exactly where our work begins too. We believe that real, lasting change doesn't come from checklists or compliance reports handed down from the top. It comes from listening, from showing up, and from building solutions alongside the communities they are meant to serve.
Research that reaches everyone.
Good decisions require good information — and good information has to be accessible to everyone. Our research practices are designed from the ground up to be inclusive, clear, and usable. We don't believe in data that sits in a drawer or reports that only specialists can read. We believe in knowledge that moves people forward.
Community engagement is not a step in the process — it is the process.
We don't parachute in with ready-made answers. We engage deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and centre the experience those most equity deserving at each stage of our process. The people most affected by barriers are also the most equipped to help dismantle them and we know that experts with disabilities also exist in every workplace.
Safe, accessible steps forward.
Change can feel daunting, especially for organizations navigating limited resources and competing priorities/deadlines. We meet organizations where they are — not where we wish they were, and we chart a path forward that is realistic, sustainable, and grounded in what actually works. Progress doesn't have to be perfect to be powerful.
